The Graduate Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology program is designed to prepare students to work in areas relating to applied behavioral science in organizations and business. This program will provide students with an understanding of training and development strategies, leadership and decision making, organizational psychology theory, and industrial psychology theory.
Learning Outcomes
In the workplace, certificate holders will have the skills to apply behavioral theory knowledge to provide direction for organizational leadership. Whether motivating employees, nurturing strong leadership, cultivating diversity, or managing organizational change, certificate holders have the skills necessary to be effective scientist-practitioners of the behavioral sciences in the workplace.

How are we different?
Students can gain applied experience in I-O Psychology through their internship experience and optional participation in the AROS consulting organization.
Cost and Aid
Scholarships
Just like on-campus students, Tech Online students may be eligible for admission, departmental, or private scholarships. Louisiana residents may also be eligible for the Taylor Opportunity Program for Students (TOPS) scholarships awarded by the State of Louisiana. Tuition
The Tech Online program is very unique in that there is flat fee per credit hour. There are no additional fees.
Graduate programs cost $475 per credit hour.
