The program provides students with advanced skills for optimizing engineering processes, preparing them to streamline manufacturing, improve chain logistics, and ensure quality control. Students can earn Six Sigma, Lean, and data science certifications as they work toward their degrees. With these skills, graduates are well-prepared to solve complex challenges and help businesses run more efficiently.

Learning Outcomes

The flexible, coursework-only curriculum is designed to provide core areas such as research methods, computational methods, Six Sigma and quality control, operations research, and lean manufacturing, among others. Electives allow for further specialization in areas like systems simulation, reliability engineering, and logistics planning.

Cost and Aid

Scholarships

Just like on-campus students, Tech Online students may be eligible for admission, departmental, or private scholarships. Louisiana residents may also be eligible for the Taylor Opportunity Program for Students (TOPS) scholarships awarded by the State of Louisiana. Tuition

The Tech Online program is very unique in that there is flat fee per credit hour. There are no additional fees.

Graduate programs cost $475 per credit hour.
